Why Does My PC Keep Restarting Randomly?

Hey everyone! I'm facing a frustrating issue with my custom-built PC that I put together about six months ago. Lately, it's been restarting on its own, about 1-2 times a day. Initially, the computer would just freeze up, but now it's forcing restarts, and I'm at a loss for a solution. I've tried swapping out the PSU cable, adjusting the voltage settings on both the CPU and GPU, and even did a factory reset and rolled back my GPU drivers. I hope someone here has experienced this before and can help me out! Here are my specs: 7800x3d, Nitro+ 7900 XTX, MSI MAG B650 with 32GB of Trident Z5 RAM running at 6000MT/s, a ThermalTake 850W PSU (80+ Gold certified), eight Lian Li fans (including three on my AIO), a Lian Li Galahad 360mm AIO, and a 2TB Crucial P3 NVMe SSD.

Your PSU should be okay for those specs, but I'd recommend checking the power settings in your BIOS as well. Sometimes, a simple tweak can resolve stability issues. Also, ensure your drivers are up to date, as they might improve stability with the latest patches.

Good idea! I’ll check the BIOS settings. I’ve already rolled back the drivers, but maybe I’ll try updating them again just to be sure.

Have you checked the model of your PSU? Sometimes those can struggle with power spikes, especially with high-power cards like the 7900XTX. Just a thought!

It's a ThermalTake 850W PSU. I've heard Radeon cards can have high power spikes, which might be causing this issue.
