I've got a 9060 XT with 16GB and a Ryzen 7 7700X. While playing games like Roblox, I notice my GPU runs at over 80% usage but my CPU is only at around 20%. This seems odd since in heavier games like Black Myth: Wukong or Elden Ring, the usage isn't the same. I'm also running everything at 1440p. Am I experiencing a bottleneck or is my setup performing fine?

CPU usage fluctuates depending on how many cores or threads the game is utilizing, and not all games take full advantage of your CPU. So, just because your CPU is at 20% doesn't mean you're bottlenecked. It could just be the way the game is optimized.
Your GPU usage being high is expected at 1440p. Most of the time, especially at that resolution, the GPU will be the limiting factor, not the CPU. Even if you had a powerful card like a 4090, you'd likely still see a similar trend in usage.

I don’t have problems with performance, just noticed the usage levels and got a bit concerned since it's a new build.
