I'm putting together a mid-high range gaming PC featuring a Ryzen 9800X3D CPU and a 9070 XT GPU. I want to ensure good cooling since I plan to upgrade my components in the future, but I don't want to overspend if it's not necessary. Here's the build I'm currently considering: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/KkQq2x. I'd appreciate any advice on the cooling system or the overall build since I'm new to this!

Given your case’s ventilation, those six RGB fans might mainly just look cool rather than being necessary for cooling. Proper airflow is important, but if you get good fans and set them to a lower RPM, you can keep the noise down while still maintaining good cooling. Just a thought!
How loud do you want your PC to be when it's running? If noise is a concern, you might want to invest in quieter components. For instance, an air cooler tends to be quieter but might struggle under heavy loads. If you go for a liquid cooler, just keep in mind they can be noisier, especially if you push your GPU to 100%.
I'd prefer it to be quieter, as long as it's manageable.
If you play in an air-conditioned room, that Peerless Assassin cooler might be a bit noisy under full load with your CPU. A decent liquid cooler could cost you around $85 and might keep everything cooler and quieter than an air cooler. Also, you might want to reconsider the need for the X870 chipset or all those case fans you're planning on using—they might be overkill!
What are the main differences between the 850 and 870 chipsets? Also, how do B series and X series compare?
If I swap to a 360mm AIO cooler and ditch the extra fans, will that still keep my system cool?
