Why Won’t My Computer Boot Past the BIOS?

I recently upgraded my setup with a new motherboard and CPU bundle, which was tested at the shop. I also got a 5060 ti and 16GB of RAM. After assembling everything, my computer starts up but only loads the BIOS screen and then just keeps resetting. I can't even access the BIOS settings despite hitting the correct key when prompted. Does anyone have an idea what could be going wrong?

Have you checked if your boot priority in BIOS is set to the drive with your operating system? Sometimes that can cause issues if it's not set correctly.

What motherboard and CPU are you using? Also, how much RAM do you have? If you're using an SSD, try running the system with just one stick of RAM at a time. It might also help to do a CMOS reset on the BIOS. If your motherboard allows, you might be able to flash the BIOS without the CPU installed. Make sure to check the manual for that.

Here's a link to my build: https://imgur.com/a/FC7xh44. I'm currently using a 32GB RAM from my old system while I wait for some upgrades. My OS is on an SSD.
