I've been having repeated issues with my Bluetooth after my PC crashes. Usually, downloading the second driver from the Asrock B650M Pro RS WiFi page fixes it, but not this time. I've also tried enabling Bluetooth in the Registry Editor and made changes in services.msc, but nothing seems to work. To make things worse, sometimes my computer boots to a black screen with just a white underscore. Any ideas on how to get my Bluetooth to turn back on?

What exactly was your PC doing when it crashed the first time? It might help diagnose the problem better.
You could try clearing the CMOS battery. Make sure to power down and unplug your computer first, then hold the power button for about 30-60 seconds to drain any leftover power. Plug it back in and see if the Bluetooth driver loads up. It might just fire back to life!
Isn't that typically just for hardware issues? I really think this is more of a software glitch.
I just had Chrome and Discord open. The crashes seem random, happening whenever they want. I’m more focused on fixing the Bluetooth issue now.
