I'm looking for recommendations on the best AM5 processor for a $1500 build. The main tasks will be video editing, digital art, and general content creation. I'm planning to make a trip to Micro Center to check out bundle deals and want to choose the right processor first so I can finalize the rest of the build. This setup is also for my sister-in-law, who's not a gamer and mainly wants to run Minecraft, haha!

If you're open to exploring options outside of Micro Center, you can get a 7500F from AliExpress for around $130-140. The 9600X is only about 15-20% better and it’s priced at $300, so make sure to factor that in!
I'd recommend checking out one of the 8 or 12 core bundles available at Micro Center. The $350 7700X or the $550 9900X bundles would both work really well for your needs while leaving you enough budget for other components.
