I recently upgraded my CPU from an i3-10105f to an i9-10900kf, but now I'm facing an alarming issue: my new CPU is idling at 100 degrees Celsius! I'm suspecting that my AIO cooler, the MSI MAG CoreLiquid 240R, might be part of the problem, especially since it's known for overheating issues. I didn't have any overheating problems with my old CPU, but now I feel like I might need to invest in a new cooler. Any thoughts or advice would really help! Thanks!

That temperature is way too high, even for a 10900! I'd recommend reapplying thermal paste and checking the pump to make sure it’s running properly. It might not be circulating the coolant effectively, which could explain the overheating.
I did check the pump and repasted. It was fine with my old CPU, and now it rises from 60 to 100 degrees in just a few seconds once I turn on my PC!
