I recently created an Apple account to try out the free trial for AppleTV. I only watched for about an hour or two on my PS5 when suddenly, I got logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in, my password didn't work, even though I'm sure I typed it right. I attempted to reset my password, but after entering the Re-captcha code correctly, I got locked out of my account. I submitted an appeal, but I received an email today saying my access is still denied. I'm really confused about what happened and I'm worried about whether I'll be charged when my free trial ends next week. Is there anything else I can do?

This kind of issue seems to be happening a lot lately, especially with new sign-ups. I’d recommend reaching out to Apple support directly for help. They might be able to sort things out for you quickly.
Sounds good! But how do I reach out to them? Is there a specific way to contact Apple support?
Just curious, how many free Apple accounts have you made on that PS5 before this? Sometimes they limit the sign-ups based on your console history.
This is actually the first account I've made for Apple. So I don't think that's the issue.

That’s true! I've seen quite a few people discussing account issues after trying to sign up for Apple TV. Just be sure to have your account details ready when you contact them.
