First PC Build: Is My Parts List Compatible?

Hey everyone! I'm diving into building my first PC and I've been putting together some parts, but I could really use some feedback on compatibility and whether I'm missing anything important. Here's what I've gathered so far:

- CPU: AMD RYZEN 7 9800x3d
- CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE
- Motherboard: MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk WiFi Gaming
- Memory: G.Skill Flare X5 64GB
- Storage: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1TB
- Video Card: MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ventus 2X
- Case: NZXT H9 Flow
- Power Supply: MSI MAG A650BN Gaming (650W)
- Operating System: Unsure if I should buy it or just use a USB installation
- Monitor: Koorui 200Hz 24"

So, do you think everything will work together? Am I missing any components, or is there a better option I should consider? I'm still in the planning phase and haven't purchased anything yet, so any insights would be super helpful!

Hey! First off, great choice on the CPU and GPU! Just a quick note, though—make sure to consider what you want for a power supply. A PSU with 750W or 850W would give you more headroom for future upgrades and overclocking if you're into that. The 650W you picked might be a bit tight as you add more components later on. Also, don't forget about the operating system—definitely install from USB if possible!

Thanks for the input! Any recommendations on a brand for the PSU?

I’ve got a couple of suggestions!
1. Get at least an 850W PSU for future expansion.
2. If your budget allows, consider going for a 2TB NVMe—Samsung is great, but Seagate Barracuda is also a solid option if you want something cheaper.
3. Ensure your motherboard can support WiFi 7, which it should if you got that MSI board, and for the video card, either the 5060 Ti or 7800 XT would be great choices if you can’t swing the 5070.
4. On monitors, I'd recommend looking at 27 inches for a better gaming experience. It’s worth the extra investment!

Awesome tips! Yes, the motherboard does support WiFi 7. Do you think the 7800 XT would outshine my Ryzen 7?
