Need Help Choosing a Pre-Built Gaming PC and OLED Monitor

Hey everyone! I'm diving back into PC gaming after some time away and I really want to get a high-end pre-built system. I don't have the time to build my own, so I'm looking for suggestions on which pre-built systems to consider. My budget is flexible since I'm focused on top-tier performance with the latest hardware. I'm not looking into brands like Corsair, iBuyPower, Dell, Origin, Alienware, or NZXT. So far, I've seen some good builds from Skytech, Thermaltake, Skyforge, and ABS, but I'm open to any other options you all recommend.

Also, I'd love to get some insights on what the fastest CPUs and GPUs currently are. On top of that, I'm searching for a fantastic 4K gaming monitor, particularly interested in OLED panels, even though I've heard there might be some trade-offs. Thanks ahead of time for any guidance you can offer!

If you're set on OLEDs, ASUS has some new 32" WOLED monitors hitting the market soon! They’re priced around $800 and $950 for the 165Hz and 240Hz versions, respectively. If you can manage the lighting in your room, then these could be your dream monitors! Otherwise, consider getting a good matte display within your budget. You’ll get the performance without having to worry about glare.

Have you checked if there's a Microcenter near you? Cyberpower could be a good value if you pick out the components yourself. Otherwise, look into boutique builders in your area. The performance gains from high-end components can be less apparent, especially when it comes to things like RGB lighting and over-the-top cooling setups, which might not give you enough return on investment for gaming. For about $3k, you could get a solid system; I recommend targeting something like a Ryzen 9 7900X with 32GB RAM and a decent GPU like the 5070 Ti.

Thanks for the tips! I'm in Texas, and sadly the closest Microcenter is about three hours away, so that's a bit of a trek. But I’ve heard similar thoughts about the 5070 Ti being a solid choice for performance vs. price. I’m still trying to decide if I should go with a 4K or stick with a 1440p OLED, especially since I really want that curved screen experience!

For the best gaming CPU and GPU, you're looking at the Ryzen 9 7900X3D and the RTX 5090. Those are top-notch for performance! And if you want to check out monitors, rtings.com has great reviews on the latest 4K 240Hz OLEDs—those should serve you well for gaming. Definitely a solid option!
