I've had my accounts hacked recently, including Discord, Instagram, and Reddit, even though I have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. This has all happened in the span of just one to two weeks. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on? I primarily use Android and Windows 11.

Have you thought about what might have gone wrong with your 2FA? Did they possibly gain access to your phone or email? Sometimes if session information gets stolen, it's easy for hackers to bypass additional security measures.
First things first, change all of your passwords immediately. Are you using a password manager like Google Password Manager? It’s crucial to protect all your accounts right now.
It sounds like you might either have weak passwords or there could be some malware on your Windows PC stealing them. I recommend using the built-in Windows antivirus to run a full scan followed by an offline scan. It could also be worth trying Malwarebytes afterward. Did either of those programs find any issues?
