How can I copy data between internal SSDs without losing anything?

I'm considering upgrading my internal SSDs and need some guidance. I have an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 with a 1TB SSD that has Windows installed, and a 2TB SSD filled with my project files. My goal is to copy everything from the 1TB drive to the 2TB drive, and then move the data from the 2TB to a new 4TB SSD. What's the easiest way to do this without losing any data? Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I usually use cloning software like Minitool Partition Wizard or Macrium Reflect 8 when upgrading my SSD. For your situation, you could copy your 2TB drive to the new 4TB SSD first, then format the 2TB drive, and finally move the 1TB data over to the 2TB. That way, you maintain all your important files.

You might want to get an NVMe to USB adapter for easier data transfer. It makes connecting the SSDs a lot simpler. Just plug it in, and you should be able to move things around without much hassle.

Will this method copy my Windows installation along with all the boot files?

Thanks for the advice, by the way!
