Lenovo Windows 100s 14ibr Won’t Boot After OS Change – Need Help!

I've been trying to change the operating system on my Lenovo Windows 100s 14ibr, but now my laptop is stuck on the boot screen. I think I messed up by disabling all boot options except USB in the BIOS settings. I'm at a loss here because I can't access Windows to fix the issues. The computer is quite old, around 15 years, and I could really use some guidance to get it back up and running!

I see the issue! If you were trying to install Tiny Core OS on top of Windows, and now you've locked yourself out by disabling everything, it's likely that your default boot path isn’t set correctly. You could try restoring the BIOS defaults to see if that allows your laptop to boot into Windows again. If that doesn’t work, you might need to grab a USB installer and reinstall the OS, ensuring to select the right boot options when you start up.
