Hey everyone! I'm hoping to get some advice here. English isn't my first language, so I really appreciate your patience. I recently got a new job that allows me to work from home, and I've been setting up my workspace with a company-provided HP Elitebook, a HP Thunderbolt 3 dock, and two Samsung C32R500FHR monitors. I'm running into a problem because my laptop doesn't recognize the monitors when they're connected through the dock. However, they work perfectly when I plug them directly into the laptop via HDMI. I've double-checked everything and I'm kind of stuck. Thanks for any help you can offer, and I'll do my best to answer any follow-up questions!

Have you checked if your USB-C port on the Elitebook supports video output? Sometimes, not all ports do. You might want to try using a USB A to HDMI adapter directly instead of the dock. That could solve the issue!
It sounds like you might need to install display drivers. You can find them at Synaptics' website. Just be aware that since this is a company laptop, you may need to contact IT for permission to install anything.
Yeah, I suspected that too. The dock is Thunderbolt, so it might not use DisplayLink drivers. I’ll check with IT first.
