I'm currently using an RTX 3070 with a Ryzen 7 5700X3D and 32GB of 3666Hz RAM. My brother just gifted me a 9070 XT, which I'm eagerly waiting to arrive. Right now, I'm gaming at 1080p on a 144Hz monitor, and I'm curious if I might experience any bottlenecks at this resolution. Also, I have a 750W Gold+ PSU—will that be sufficient for the 9070 XT?

Nope, no bottlenecks! Just plug in your new GPU and have fun with it! You’re all set.
Honestly, people worry way too much about bottlenecks. After over 20 years of PC building, I can say you’ll be fine. If you ever notice any issues, then look into your next upgrade, but right now just enjoy the new GPU!
You shouldn’t have any bottlenecks at 1080p with the 9070 XT. It’s a powerful card and should perform great in your current setup. In fact, if you can, consider upgrading to 1440p in the future; the 9070 XT is likely overkill for 1080p. Your 750W PSU will handle it just fine.
