What GPU Should I Get for My Ryzen 5 5600 Without Changing My PSU?

I'm looking for GPU recommendations to pair with my Ryzen 5 5600. Currently, I have a no-name 500-watt PSU that came with my computer case along with an RX 580 for my graphics. I know my rig has 8GB of RAM at 3000MHz and it runs on an A-320M-sh2 rev 1.x motherboard. Do I need to upgrade my PSU if I switch to a new GPU? I've heard that modern mid-tier GPUs don't draw as much power as older ones, like my RX 580, which consumes quite a bit.

I’d worry more about the fact that your PSU is a no-name brand rather than just its wattage. It's risky to use it for a new GPU. Better safe than sorry!

Should I really upgrade it? I’ve been using it for 6 years without issues. Is there a worst-case scenario if I stick with it?
