I'm looking to clone my current Windows To Go drive, which I created using Rufus, over to a larger SSD. What programs or apps do you recommend for this task? Additionally, when I get a new laptop, is there a method to transfer all the data from my Windows To Go drive onto that new machine?

You can try using tools like Macrium Reflect or driverBackup for cloning your drive. They’ve worked well for others in similar situations.
You can't clone it while Windows is running. The quickest solution is to use an external drive with a Linux distribution like Ubuntu. You can use the 'dd' command for an exact copy, but be careful with your commands! It won't ask for confirmation before overwriting stuff, so double-check everything before you hit enter!
So, Ubuntu should work fine? I’ve got a copy saved on another SSD.
