Hey folks! I'm looking for some advice on undervolting my new Ryzen 9 7900X. I just upgraded my CPU, motherboard, and RAM, but I'm sticking with my current cooler—the Deepcool AK620. I want to know if undervolting is a good idea and what settings I should start with to keep things stable. I'm a bit hesitant to spend hours resetting the BIOS due to wrong overclocking settings, so any guidance would be appreciated!

The Deepcool AK620 should handle the 7900X just fine. I used an AK620 on my own rig with an Intel 11900K that ran at 185 watts without much noise, so you should be good there!

Awesome! I’m not into overclocking, either. I was thinking of setting limits to keep temps under 80C. I heard that's possible with the 7000 and 9000 series. What do you think?
