Help! My Dell Laptop Keeps Blue Screening When I Use Chrome

So, I've been having this annoying issue where my Dell laptop, which is about 246 days old and running Windows, frequently blue screens—especially when I have Chrome open. I'm not sure of the exact model, but it's a standard 15-inch laptop with Intel UHD Graphics and an Intel N200 processor. The blue screens happen so fast that I can't catch the error code, and I haven't been able to record it either. I think I've updated my drivers, but the problem persists. I'm looking for some guidance on what might be causing these blue screens and how I can fix it. If you need more details from me, just let me know!

First off, it might help if you can get dump files from your blue screens. If your laptop starts normally or even in Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any crash logs. Once you find them, zip the folder and upload it somewhere like catbox.moe or mediafire. The more dump files, the better! If you only have a few or none, check out a guide to change your memory dump settings—it can help you get more useful data.

You could try reinstalling Chrome to see if that helps. Also, I recommend checking out the Event Viewer for errors. And if things are really messy, backing up your data and using the 'Reset this PC' option could be a last resort.

I found that the most recent bluescreen was linked to a failed secure boot update with an unknown HRESULT error. So checking the Event Viewer can give you some clues!
