Help Choosing Between GPUs for Gaming

I'm currently using a 3070 Ti, but I'm really struggling to get good FPS in games like Tarkov. I've been looking into upgrading to either a 4070 Ti or the 4070 Ti Super, but the only option I found was a used Ti Super for $700. Alternatively, I came across a brand new 5070 Ti for $839. Given that there's a lot of debate about these cards, which option do you think is the best for performance?

Remember, Tarkov is pretty CPU and RAM heavy. If you’re not pushing your GPU to 90% usage, then upgrading it might not be the solution. My RTX 3080 only hits around 60% usage even at 3440x1440p. You might get better results by upgrading your CPU or RAM instead!

I have a 7800X3D and I've tried every graphics setting possible. My GPU stays at 99% usage regardless, so I feel like a new GPU might actually help my performance.

Have you considered the RX 9070 XT? I found one for around $699 brand new. It might be a solid option compared to the 5070 Ti. Just keep in mind that Radeon cards have their own strengths and weaknesses compared to NVIDIA.

I don’t know too much about Radeon cards. What makes the RX 9070 XT a better choice than the 5070 Ti?
