Looking for Advice on Building a Gaming PC

I'm thinking about building a new gaming PC since my current setup is pretty outdated. Right now, I have an Intel 11700 and an RTX 3060, but I want something that can handle high FPS without maxing out settings. I prefer to play on lower settings if it means smoother gameplay. I'd really appreciate any advice!

Here's the parts list for the PC I'm considering:
- Ryzen 7 9700X
- Noctua NH-D15 cooler
- Asus PRIME B-650 PLUS motherboard
- Corsair Vengeance 32GB RAM
- Crucial P2 M.2 1TB SSD
- Radeon RX 7600 XT GPU
- be quiet! 500DX case
- MSI MAG 850W power supply

That build sounds solid, but I would suggest considering an RX 9060 XT for around the same price. It's a better GPU and will give you more significant performance benefits. Also, you might want to skip the Noctua cooler because a Thermalright Phantom Spirit offers great cooling for much less money. Lastly, the 9600X is a great alternative to the 9700X for gaming, and it's cheaper too!

Would using the RX 9060 XT really improve FPS for demanding games like Rust?
