How to Update the Status of My On-Prem Exchange Servers in EXO?

I've recently updated our Exchange 2016 servers after exceeding the 90-day grace period for unpatched servers, but they're still showing as outdated. We also set up a 2019 server during this time. Is there a way to force an update in the Exchange Admin portal to reflect the changes?

Make sure you've downloaded and installed the latest cumulative update (CU) for your Exchange server. The installation process can be a bit tricky, so definitely do some research on how to do it properly. And don’t forget to take backups before you start patching! But if you’ve already done this and they still show as unpatched, then keep reading.

I’ve already installed the patch, but EXO still shows the servers as unpatched.

Have you tried rerunning the Hybrid Configuration Wizard? It might help in syncing the status of your on-prem servers with EXO.

I’m confused about your situation. What do you mean by a 90-day grace period? Exchange 2016 isn’t End of Support until 2025, so why worry about it now? Just download the latest update—unless you’re experiencing a different issue?
