Hey everyone! I'm building my first gaming PC and I have a budget of $1000. I want to ensure I can run games at least at 1080p and 60fps, and I'm looking for a bit of future-proofing too. I've done my homework, but I'm still a bit nervous about finalizing my choices. Could you please take a look at my build and let me know if you see any rookie mistakes or if you have any suggestions for better value components? Here's my PCPartPicker list:
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X 3.9 GHz 6-Core Processor ($174.99)
- **CPU Cooler**: Thermalright Assassin X Refined SE RGB 66.17 CFM ($18.89)
- **Motherboard**: MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI ATX AM5 ($169.99)
- **Memory**: Crucial Pro Overclocking 32 GB DDR5-6000 CL36 ($76.98)
- **Storage**: Klevv CRAS C910 2 TB NVME SSD ($89.99)
- **Video Card**: Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB ($379.99)
- **Case**: Phanteks XT PRO ATX Mid Tower ($66.98)
- **Power Supply**: MSI MAG A650BN 650 W 80+ Bronze ($74.98)
Total: $1052.79 (including shipping, taxes, etc.)
Thanks for any insights you can share!

Looks like a great build to me! I say go for it. You’ve put in the research and it’s ready to be built. Happy gaming!
Everything seems well thought out! I noticed you might get a better deal on the motherboard if you look around, and adding a dual tower cooler could help with noise and cooling performance. If you have a Micro Center nearby, let me know, I have some alternative suggestions that could enhance your build!
Thanks for the tips! I'm definitely open to ideas. What do you recommend for RAM speed enhancements?
