I recently installed a new CPU, and now I'm facing some issues. When I boot up, I'm met with a screen prompting me to enter the BIOS settings to recover my system. Upon entering the BIOS, I noticed that there's nothing listed in the boot priority. This has me a bit confused because I can see that the SSD is connected, yet it isn't showing as a boot option. Does anyone know why this could be happening and if there's a way to recover the important data stored on the SSD?

First things first, double-check that your SATA cable is properly connected to both the SSD and the motherboard. Sometimes a loose connection can cause it not to be recognized in BIOS.
Another thing to consider is if you had any form of drive encryption enabled before swapping the CPUs. In some modern systems, the encryption key is tied to the CPU, and changing it can lead to data loss. However, it sounds like you might just need to tweak a BIOS setting if you’re able to access your system now!
Yeah, we found out it was just a BIOS setting that needed to be changed. We managed to get everything back!
