I accidentally installed my Fedora KDE Plasma version on my HDD instead of my SATA SSD, and in the process, I deleted Windows. What can I do to move the OS from the HDD to the SSD without losing any settings or changing anything?

You could try using a tool like Clonezilla to clone your HDD to your SSD. That way, you'll have a complete copy of your system. Just make sure to back everything up before you start, just in case something goes wrong! Also, consider editing your fstab afterwards to point to the new SSD location.
Yeah, cloning is a solid choice! I've used Foxclone too, and it's pretty reliable. It's a good idea to do backups before installing, so you can easily revert things if they don't go as planned. Always good to have a safety net!
Rsync can also be a good method if you're comfortable with command line tools. Just make sure you set it up right to avoid any data loss.
