I just powered on my school laptop, which is an UNOWHY y13 running Windows 11, and I noticed I can't connect to WiFi or Bluetooth anymore. It's crucial for me to use this laptop for projects, and now I can't access Google or even do any updates. I really need some assistance to get this resolved. Thank you!

Honestly, since it’s a school laptop, your best bet is to reach out to the school IT department. Just let them know that there’s an issue with the Wi-Fi drivers and that both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth aren’t working right now. They should be able to sort it out for you!

I guess I’ll have to do that then... Thanks for the heads-up!

First, check if Windows is recognizing your network adapters. You can do this by going to the Network and Sharing Center: Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Center. From there, click on "Change adapter settings" to see if your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapters are listed. If they’re missing, it could mean Windows isn't detecting them. A quick restart might help as well!

I tried searching for "change adapter settings", but I couldn't find it. Thanks for the suggestion anyway!
