I'm building a PC for my 16-year-old nephew using spare parts, and I need some advice on which GPU to choose. I'm deciding between the Asus 5060 Prime triple fan 8GB and the ZOTAC 3060 Ti Twin Edge 8GB. He plays on a 1080p monitor but might upgrade to a 1440p in the future. He's really good at FPS games but also enjoys open-world games like Rust. I'm pairing the GPU with a Ryzen 7700x. Which one do you think would be better for gaming? Thanks for your help!

If you're able to afford a change, consider going for a 7600x and a 9060xt 16GB. The 8GB might not hold up for modern open-world games in the long run.
I'd go with the Asus 5060 if you already have it. It's generally considered the better GPU between the two!
I wish I could swap parts, but I’m sticking with what I already own. I'd prefer staying with the green team and going for a 5060 Ti if I had to buy anew.
