Hey everyone! I'm on the lookout for a User Endpoint Management (UEM) tool that can meet a few key requirements. Here's what I'm hoping to find:
- It should support management across multiple systems including Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS. Our primary usage is on Windows and macOS, but having some mobile management capabilities would be super helpful too.
- I'm looking for something that works well for small businesses, as I'll be managing under 50 devices in total (mostly PCs and around 4-5 smartphones).
- A reasonably priced option with a decent free trial would be ideal.
- I'd appreciate a solid knowledge base or help center since I'm new to this and want to learn. I'm not expecting to be an expert right away, but I'm ready to dive in and learn.
- Lastly, I need the ability to schedule backups of information.
We currently have about 30 employees, and some of our devices are company-owned while others are personal. We're also looking to implement more advanced controls like IP whitelisting, so this is an important step for us.
Thanks for any recommendations, and I hope I don't come across as clueless — I'm just eager to learn!

I recommend checking out Workspace ONE. It provides comprehensive support for all the operating systems you're working with and is great for small businesses like yours.
Have you considered using Microsoft 365? It has a decent set of features for endpoint management. Might be worth checking out!
Thanks for the suggestion! I should mention that we mainly work with Google Workspace, so we don't really use any Microsoft 365 tools.
Haha, I initially struggled to find it because it seemed so niche! But I found it after some digging. Thanks, I'll definitely check it out!
