Hey everyone! I've recently been exploring DevOps and came across a roadmap that I wanted to get your opinions on. Is this roadmap well-structured and reliable enough for someone like me looking to dive deeper into DevOps? Here's the link to the roadmap: [https://roadmap.sh/devops](https://roadmap.sh/devops). Appreciate any insights you can provide!

I would suggest going beyond just learning a programming language. Aim to become an average developer, and familiarize yourself with common programming languages like Go, Python, Java, C#, and JavaScript. This way, you’ll be able to read through code when documentation is lacking. Plus, knowing the tools developers use will really help!

That roadmap is definitely a solid starting point, but I can’t stress enough how important it is to gain hands-on experience. Try to contribute to projects or even open-source work. This practical experience will reinforce what you learn from the roadmap!

While the roadmap does give a good overview of what's out there in the DevOps space, it’s not as practical as it could be. If you’re looking for something more hands-on, check out the Dynamic DevOps Roadmap. It's free and covers all aspects of DevOps without getting lost in just a bunch of tools. I checked that roadmap out, and overall, it seems like a decent path to follow. Just a heads up, some of the resources linked aren’t as helpful as they could be. Also, keep in mind that not everything on there requires the same amount of effort; some sections, like the CSP part, could take a significant amount of time to master.
