I recently picked up an Asus Dual RX 7800 XT about a month ago and I'm noticing some high temperatures, especially for the hotspot. My current readings are a core temp of 65°C, hotspot at 92°C, and memory at 73°C, even after undervolting by -75mV and maxing out the fan speed. Are these temperatures considered normal?

Honestly, don't sweat the numbers too much! The temps you're showing seem fine, especially since you're undervolting. Just be mindful of your fan settings; if you go with auto, it might run a bit hotter, but still within acceptable limits.
Your temperatures look perfectly normal for that card! A core temp of 65°C and hotspot at 92°C are manageable. Just make sure your case has good airflow and you should be set.
