I'm trying to factory reset my laptop, but I'm running into a problem. The reset process tells me that I need more storage, but I don't have any apps installed. Can anyone help me figure this out?

First off, how much storage does your drive have total, and how much is free? That could be a big factor in why the reset isn’t working. Just to give you a heads up, the reset might need a bit of space to operate even if your apps are cleared out. Let us know the details!
Definitely check your drive space! I see you’ve got about 15.9 GB free on a 56.9 GB drive. That might not be enough for the factory reset. Consider deleting any unneeded files or backing some up online to clear extra space.
