I'm having some trouble with the Secure Boot feature on my ASRock B760 Pro RS/D4 motherboard. Normally, on my other motherboards, I could switch the Secure Boot mode to 'User', which allows me to enable or disable Secure Boot and enroll the default keys. However, I'm completely stuck with this ASRock model. I can't seem to enable or disable Secure Boot, and I can't switch the Secure Boot mode from 'Setup' to 'User'. I've checked the status of Secure Boot using the mokutil tool while booting from a live Linux Mint USB, and it's confirmed that I'm stuck in 'Setup' Mode. Just to add more context, my setup includes an Intel Core i5-12600K CPU and 32GB of DDR4-3200 RAM from Silicon Power, with CSM disabled and TPM 2.0 enabled. Is there something I'm missing that might help me fix this?

Have you tried selecting the option for 'Install default secure boot keys'? I've seen that be the workaround on other BIOS setups to switch to User mode. Sometimes that's the only way forward with these settings.
The 'Install default secure boot keys' option is grayed out, so I can't click it at all. The 'System Mode State' is locked on 'Setup', and I can't alter the 'Secure Boot Mode' from 'Standard' to 'User'.
