I left my PC running overnight, and when I checked in the morning, it was stuck on a startup repair screen. I've tried booting in safe mode and using the startup repair options, but nothing seems to work. I'm running Windows 11 on an Asus FA507NV, and I'm hoping to avoid a full reinstall of Windows. If anyone has tips on what I can do to get it booting again, I'd really appreciate it!

Glad that you figured it out by unplugging and plugging back in! It's funny how often the simplest things can solve the problem. Just shows that sometimes the basic troubleshooting steps are the ones we overlook!
You might want to give the Windows recovery environment a shot if you can access it. If that's not working, try going into the command prompt there to run diagnostics. Sometimes it takes a few attempts to get it just right. Good luck!
Have you checked the boot order in your BIOS? I've had issues with my Asus Prime board after updates where it defaults to a drive without an OS. It could be trying to boot from the wrong disk. Just a thought!
If all else fails, consider creating installation media using a USB stick. You can find the tools on the Microsoft website. It's worth checking for any underlying hardware issues too, especially with your SSD. Sometimes these software bugs are a symptom of hardware problems.
