Help! My New PC is Experiencing Frequent BSODs After Upgrades

I've been dealing with persistent BSODs on my newly built PC, which I upgraded extensively back in March. It ran smoothly for the first couple of months, but issues started creeping in around late April. I've experienced multiple BSODs, especially during gaming and browsing sessions, and I've done a lot of troubleshooting without lasting success. I've tried checking the memory, updating drivers, reinstalling Windows, and even isolating RAM sticks to identify the issue. Any insights or advice on what might be going wrong or how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

If you're using Armoury Crate, you might want to uninstall it and see if that solves the problem. I've seen it cause instability issues in some setups. Also, it’s good that you’re running your PC with just one stick of RAM to test things out. Just keep an eye on those BSODs as you make these changes; it could point to whether it's a hardware or software conflict.

Thanks for the tip! I checked, and I don’t have Armoury Crate installed; only the DriverHub software from ASUS.

It sounds like you've already done quite a bit of troubleshooting! The dump files you mentioned could really help in pinpointing the exact issue. Make sure to check for any dump files in the C:WindowsMinidump directory and upload them. Having multiple files for analysis would be ideal since it will give a clearer picture of what's happening. For now, consider running a longer memory test with MemTest86+ to rule out any issues there. Sometimes, simply switching memory speeds can help too.

After reviewing your dump files, it looks like the same error code is showing up (4e, PFN_LIST_CORRUPT). Given that you've had different processes running during the crashes, it seems more related to memory than specific apps like Chrome or Edge. If you can, try running MemTest86 for several passes and test with EXPO both enabled and disabled to see how it affects stability. Sometimes the timings and voltage can be tricky with certain RAM.

Your Ryzen 9 9950X3D should work well with memory, but I'd suggest checking for the latest BIOS updates that might improve compatibility. Also, reducing your RAM speed to the default (like 4800MT/s) could help stabilize things while you troubleshoot. It's often a process of elimination with these issues, so don’t hesitate to try multiple configurations.
