I'm planning to completely switch from Windows 11 on my Galaxy ultrabook (i5 14th gen), where I mainly code in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and work on frontend projects with React, Next.js, and JavaScript. I also enjoy occasional gaming. What Linux distribution would be best for my needs?

If you're looking for something beginner-friendly, I’d recommend Zorin OS, Pop!_OS, or Ubuntu Mate. They have a nice user interface and good community support, which can be super helpful when you're starting out.
You should definitely check out Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Pop!_OS, Zorin OS, or Fedora. They’re all popular choices that should work well for coding and light gaming. Each has its strengths, so it might depend on what you prefer!
Any mainstream distribution would be a good fit! They’re generally stable and secure. I personally like Linux Mint for its simplicity, but Fedora and Ubuntu are solid options too. Since you're coding a lot, sticking with well-supported ones will make your life easier. Good luck with your switch!
