Looking for the Best Remote Desktop Solution for Mac

I'm seeking recommendations for the best remote desktop solutions specifically for accessing macOS systems. Here's what I need:
1. Reliability is a must.
2. I want solid app support across various platforms.
3. It should allow unattended access.
4. I'd prefer to avoid subscription models unless they're affordable monthly.
5. The ability to pass audio from the remote Mac to my iPhone, iPad, or another Mac that's connecting to it is essential.
6. Security is important, so I'd like two-factor authentication included.
7. Additionally, low latency is crucial since I'm using a headless Mac Mini from a remote location.

Currently, I'm alternating between JumpDesktop and Splashtop, which both work for me. I've heard some buzz about RustDesk and Helpwire but have limited info on them. Also, I just discovered Duet might offer remote access, which I wasn't aware of before.

RustDesk seems like it could check off a lot of your boxes. I don’t have a ton of experience with it, since we usually stick to Apple Remote Desktop. But from what I've seen, it works pretty well for basic needs.

Does Apple Remote Desktop support audio though?
