What are the best 140mm fans for maximum airflow?

I'm currently using an old 120mm 3-pin Fractal airflow fan running at 1200rpm at the front of my PC. I have space to upgrade to a 140mm fan, and I'm looking for one that can push the most air possible, since noise doesn't bother me. My exhaust is a fast 92mm fan that works well for expelling hot air, so I want the new 140mm fan to really maximize airflow into the case.

Have you checked out the Noctua Industrial PPC NF-A14 3000? It's known for pushing a lot of air.

I have now! Thanks for the recommendation!

The Silverstone FHP-141 is a solid choice and moves a lot of air while being 140mm (it fits 120mm mounts too). It's 38mm thick and reaches up to 2000rpm, providing great static pressure. I used four in my Pure Base 500DX - two for intake, one between my CPU cooler’s towers, and one for exhaust. My CPU temps dropped significantly during testing, though it made quite a bit of noise!

Just a warning, some industrial fans can be super loud. If you're after serious airflow, there are fans designed for server racks that can get really noisy. But if you're looking for something a bit more manageable, check out pcpartpicker.com and sort case fans by CFM. You'll see some great high CFM fans there.

There's a fan that claims to move 308 cubic feet per minute! You can find it here: [Bgears Blaster Fan](https://www.newegg.com/bgears-b-blaster-140x38-case-fan/p/N82E16835132046). Just a heads up, though, it might be a bit loud at 70db, so keep that in mind when choosing!

You beat me to it! But yeah, with that noise level, you might want to consider if it's truly what you want!
