I think the unavailability is mainly due to legal and regulatory hurdles in different regions. Since it’s an AI tool, there are lots of rules to navigate. Additionally, Microsoft might not have set up the necessary infrastructure, like additional data centers, to support it in those areas.
Exactly! In places like the EU, Copilot is only partially available. For instance, features like the Recall function are missing.
