I'm new to AWS summits and trying to understand how the agenda varies by country or region. Do the events generally cover the same content, or can I expect some differences? I'm eager to learn and hope to leave with some new ideas after attending. Any insights on what to anticipate would be greatly appreciated!

From my experience attending multiple summits, a lot of the content is quite similar. I went to six of them one year, and trust me, I heard the same keynotes and jokes over and over again! Expect a bit of repetition in the talks, especially around popular topics.
I was at the AWS Summit in Sydney last month, and I noticed it was really focused on Gen AI—about 95% of the content. It's interesting but also a bit disappointing because I wanted to learn about other AWS services too. I think it's the trend nowadays, so maybe expect the same wherever you go!
Same here for the London summit! I actually left one talk early because it was just another AI demo.
I've heard that AI is a big focus this year, so it’s likely that you'll see that on the agenda. But don't get your hopes up for much variety beyond that; it's becoming the default theme at these events.
Yeah, it’s nice to be aware of it, but I really hope there’s more than just AI being showcased.
Yeah, I agree! It often feels like they're just recycling content from previous events.
