Hey everyone! I'm putting together a parts list for my very first PC build and would love your feedback. I'm not super confident about my choices for RAM and the motherboard, so any input or suggestions, especially for cheaper alternatives, would be really appreciated. My main goal with this build is to enjoy AAA games at medium to high settings around 30 fps for the next five years. I'm also hoping to dabble in some VR and AI work, particularly with Skyrim VR mods. I know the 5060 Ti isn't the most popular graphics card for this kind of setup, but I'm leaning towards it because of its low latency with LLMs. Here's my parts list: [PCPartPicker Link](https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Korvus1/saved/R96TP6)

Looks like you're on the right track! That setup should get you through 5 years at 30 FPS, especially with the games you're aiming for.
Nice build for 1080p or even 1440p gaming! If you're open to GPU alternatives, you might want to consider the RX 7800 XT. It can outperform the 5060 Ti at 1440p, although it does consume a bit more power. For your case, check out the Fractal Pop Mini Air or Montech Air 100 Lite for better airflow and space.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll definitely look into the RX 7800 XT. Do you think my current power supply will still work with it?
