I'm curious if AWS WorkMail is still a good option for email services. Are people still using it, or are there better alternatives out there?

I've been using AWS WorkMail for about five years, and I've never run into any major issues. It's been pretty dependable for me!
Yeah, you can use AWS WorkMail, but honestly, I wouldn't recommend it. There are way better email services out there that are more reliable and have better features.
I've been using AWS WorkMail in the us-west-2 region without any issues for about six months now. It's been pretty good for me!
I’ve been running AWS WorkMail alongside Microsoft for about 2.5 years. It helps me keep corporate and production emails separate. We only have around 12 mailboxes, but they get used all the time for forms. Plus, it integrated well with our Genesys Cloud system before they updated their M365 integration.
Why did you choose AWS WorkMail over others?
That's good to hear! Seems like it might work for some.
