I recently put together a new PC featuring a 9800X3D processor and a Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX V2 motherboard. While following a PC building guide, I came across a suggestion to enable multicore enhancement in the BIOS for better performance. However, I couldn't locate that option in my settings. Can anyone tell me what the equivalent setting is for my CPU and motherboard combination?

For your setup, you actually don’t need to worry about multicore enhancement. That’s primarily an Intel feature. For AMD, just make sure to enable the EXPO profile in the BIOS for your memory to run at its rated speed. Typically, AMD CPUs, like your 9800X3D, manage performance pretty well on their own. Also, definitely check for the latest BIOS updates and chipset drivers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Thanks for clarifying! I heard some of the AM5 boards had outdated BIOS issues. Luckily, mine seems to be running fine. I thought it was a good rule to avoid messing with the BIOS unless something's wrong. Should I check BIOS to see the current chipset version?
