I'm considering either an RTX 4060 or a great offer on a new RX 6750 XT for 290€. I live in Europe, so I'm looking for recommendations that fit the market here. What do you think is the minimum GPU I should get to handle gaming at 1440p?

For a solid 1440p experience, I'd recommend looking at the 6800 XT. There are solid benchmarks showing it performs well at that resolution, and I've also heard good things about the B580 as a cheaper alternative. They're both pretty available here in the UK, though I’m not sure about other parts of Europe.
The RTX 5070 or if possible, the 5070 Ti, would be great choices to consider!
I found a 9060 XT for 326€ on French Amazon, and honestly, for that price, it's a great deal. It's faster, features FSR4, has better ray tracing, and it's brand new with a warranty—definitely worth considering.
If you're set on 1440p, I think you should aim for at least an RTX 4070 Super or even a 5070, especially if you want to play with high settings in most games. It really depends on your budget and whether you're looking for new or used options.
I'm on a tight budget, around 350€, mostly emulating Switch games and playing Minecraft with ray tracing at 1440p.
Yeah, the 4070 Super and 5070 have similar performances, but the 4070 does use less power, which might be a plus!
I've used a 6700 XT for 1440p gaming without much trouble. I was aiming for a 6750 XT, but the 6700 was an unbeatable deal!
If you're open to used options, grab a 6800 or even better, a 6800 XT. They're often discounted and perform excellently.
I'm in Ireland too, so pricing is usually similar here.
