I'm swapping phones because my current iPhone's battery is really draining fast. I noticed that my iCloud is full, and I'm confused about how to transfer my photos and health data to another iPhone. Do I need to use iTunes on a computer for this? If so, how does it work?

You have a couple of options! You can buy more iCloud storage and do a full backup of your device. Alternatively, you could back up through iTunes, but remember to set it to encrypt the backup if you want to include your health data. Just be careful not to forget the password you set, as it can't be recovered!

So, when I use iTunes, is it just a matter of connecting my phone with a cable? How do I actually get the photos onto the new phone afterward?

To successfully transfer your health data, you’ll need to make sure your backup is encrypted. If you decide to back up via iTunes on your laptop, you can easily do this by selecting the encryption option during the backup process.
