I was just relaxing and watching some YouTube videos on my laptop when suddenly it adjusted the time to EST, claiming it was due to a change in my location. This rolled my time back by an hour without any warning. Now, I can't even change my time zone back because the option is completely greyed out. It's currently 1:05 PM, but I'm in the Atlantic Time Zone on the East Coast. Why is this happening and how can I fix it? By the way, I'm using Windows 10.

Sounds like a frustrating issue! If this is a personal laptop, try going to the settings and manually adjusting the time zone. Just make sure you turn off the 'Automatic time zone' option first. Sometimes, if you're connected to a network that has specific policies, that might affect your settings too. If that doesn't work, let me know!
It's actually my personal laptop, but the manual option is still greyed out even after turning off automatic.
