I'm having a frustrating issue with my laptop keyboard where the backtick, number 1, tab, and Q keys just aren't working. I've already tried updating the drivers and restarting my computer, but nothing has helped. This has been going on for a few months now, and I'm wondering if I should take it to a repair shop or if there's anything I can try myself before doing that.

Honestly, if you're not confident with tech repairs, just take it to a repair shop. Trying to fix it yourself might make things worse, and you could end up paying more in the long run if you damage it further.
It really depends on the model of your laptop. Some keyboards are super easy to pop off, but I've seen others that can be quite tricky. What's the brand and model of your laptop?
It's an Asus ZenBook.
