I'm building my first PC, and when I turn it on, I notice a red LED above the VGA connection on the motherboard. The graphics card fans are running, but I haven't connected a monitor yet, and I'm not sure if this is normal. Can someone explain what that red LED might indicate?

Definitely plug in the monitor. It's crucial for diagnosing what's happening. If your monitor still isn't detecting anything, there might be an issue with something else.
Check your motherboard manual for what the red LED means. Usually, it indicates there's an issue with the graphics card or the RAM, but knowing what it stands for can help you troubleshoot better.
I looked, but it doesn't provide much information.
It's definitely a good idea to connect your monitor! The LED can indicate issues, but if the monitor isn't connected, it makes diagnosing problems really hard. You might find out that everything is working fine once you hook it up.
Just connected it, but the monitor doesn't detect anything.
