I'm trying to change my ceiling fan from spinning clockwise to counterclockwise for the winter months, but I can't find a switch or button for this anywhere. I've looked through the manual and haven't found any helpful information, so I'm hoping someone can guide me on how to make this change without having to take apart the fan.

You typically don’t turn the blades themselves to change the direction; there’s usually a setting on the fan’s motor itself. If yours doesn't have an external switch, you may have to access it from the inside, but it can be tricky depending on the design. Try to find a manual for your specific model online, it might have more details on the setup.
Sometimes the switch can be tricky to find. In some models, it's actually located on top of the fan instead of the sides. Have you checked there? It could be a small slider that you might have missed.
I've checked all over, and the top is completely smooth. The manual suggests that the motor is hidden behind the light panelling with all the wires. I'm not really comfortable with taking it apart.
Yeah, the blades are screwed in pretty tight—can’t figure out how to twist them without dismantling everything.
