Is a Small Form Factor PC Good for Travel?

I'm about to start traveling a lot and I really want a Small Form Factor (SFF) case for my new build. I've put together two parts lists, and I'd love some feedback on whether they're good options.

1st List: [List 1](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WgrbYd) ($890)

2nd List: [List 2](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/qkzV8Q) ($950)

I'm not a hardcore gamer—just looking for smooth 60fps on low settings with the integrated GPU from the CPU. Also, I plan to use this setup for photo editing, although my laptop will still be my main device. Recently, I've been drawn to the Fractal Terra case because I think it looks fantastic. Since it's my second build, I want to make it good enough for someone else once I hand it off after a year.

Random question: Is water cooling a good idea if I'm going to be moving it around a lot? It might be a bit much, but I'd love to try out a water cooling setup down the line. Thanks in advance for any help!

I think your build idea could work, but again, a laptop is really the way to go for your needs. If you're often in Airbnbs, hooking it up to TVs makes sense. But keep in mind the hassle of carrying all the peripherals. As for cooling, yeah, an AIO could be less risky for travel, but you might not get the max out of those parts compared to a decent laptop.

I understand why you’d prefer a PC, especially if you're looking to upgrade and hand it off later. Just remember, good laptops these days can be really powerful and versatile. But it's great to see you're eager to build!
