I'm using a Fractal North Case with its pre-installed front fans and a Noctua NF-P12 for exhaust, along with a Phantom Spirit CPU cooler. During a multi-core benchmark in Cinebench 2024, my temperatures were as follows: Minimum at 81°C, Average at 87.5°C, and Maximum at 89°C. Are these temperatures typical for this setup?

Honestly, your temperatures look fine. Cinebench can really push CPUs to their limits. My 7950x3d gets close to thermal limits too, and as long as your benchmark scores are in line with other 9800x3d CPUs, you should be all good!

I got a score of 1329, which feels about right compared to others I've seen.

Those temps seem pretty good to me! It sounds like your cooling setup is doing its job effectively in handling the load during Cinebench.
